50 assays. The Enhanced Apoptotic DNA Ladder Detection Kit provides a fast, easy, and sensitive means for detecting DNA fragmentation in apoptotic cells. Unlike other commercially available kits which require 1-2 days to prepare nucleic acids. The new procedure requires less than 90 minutes to prepare chromosomal DNA in a single tube-requiring no extraction or a column. DNA ladders can easily be visualized by agarose gel electrophoresis stained with a highly sensitive staining dye provided in the kit. The new procedure dramatically improves sensitivity of detection. |
