This is the liquid version of the medium with the same name (Ref. 01-366) recommended by the Federation International Laitrere - International Dairy Federation (FIL-IDF) for the enumeration of fungi (moulds and yeasts in liquid products). Medium is specially adapted to enumerate yeast and, eventually, moulds by the Most Probable Number technique (MPN). |
